How
Email adam@warashi.app with your order email, or reply to your Polar receipt. Polar, our merchant of record, returns the payment to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 days. Your licence key is deactivated.
EU consumers
Under EU law you may withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days. Our 14-day refund covers this, even after you've downloaded and activated Warashi Pro.
After 14 days
If something's wrong with Warashi, tell us: we'll try to fix it, and we consider refunds case by case.
