WarashiThese terms are between you and Adam Markocki, Poland. By installing or using Warashi you agree to them.
Licence
Warashi is licensed, not sold. You may use the free version on any number of your Macs. A Warashi Pro licence lets one person use Warashi Pro on up to two Macs at a time, with no expiry. You may move a licence by deactivating it on one Mac. You may not resell, rent, reverse engineer (except where the law allows), or redistribute Warashi.
Purchases
Warashi Pro is sold by Polar (Polar Software Inc.) as merchant of record, which handles payment, invoices and taxes. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Updates
Warashi may offer updates. A Pro licence includes the updates published while it's valid; we'll say clearly at purchase if that ever changes.
No warranty
Warashi is provided “as is”. Its measurements and recommendations, including the Upgrade Advisor, are estimates; check important decisions independently. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for Warashi. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Law
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
