Alerts tell you when something needs you, once per problem, not every minute it lasts. They're part of Warashi Pro.
| Alert | When |
|---|---|
| App using a lot of CPU | One app above 80% CPU for 5 minutes in a row. |
| App memory growing fast | One app grows by 1 GB or more within an hour. |
| Startup disk almost full | Less than 10 GB free on the startup disk. |
| Mac running hot | macOS is slowing the Mac down to cool it. |
| Battery health dropping | Health below 80%, or 3 points lower than its best in the last 30 days. |
Turn each one on in Settings › Alerts. The first time you do, macOS asks whether Warashi may send notifications. Alerts also open the notch for a few seconds and are listed in the window's Alerts section with the evidence, where you can mute an alert for a particular app.
